Egill Antonsson, specialist in environmental monitoring is MFRI´s representative in the project.
The project´s objective is to improve research infrastructure and strengthen cooperation between scientists in Estonia, Finland, Iceland and Latvia in the field of environmental microplastic research. The project is a domain for inter-disciplinary discussion and has the intention to further strengten microplastic research.
The participant´s first meeting in Iceland fuelled meaningful conversations and an opportunity to compare issues regarding microplastic research.
